- What did you like most?The staff is very nice. Julianna was amazingly friendly and helpful.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Where to begin. The water in the shower goes from scalding hot to freezing cold then back to where you set it. The bathroom door has the handle falling off on one side and the refrigerator doesn't work. The A/C was also not cooling well. The breakfast has extremely runny eggs with cut-up hot dogs for a meat. When all of our things were stolen (phones, credit cards, cash, etc) in Valparaiso, the staff would not help us contact anyone citing hotel policy. We were told to go to our embassies (Brazil and US), forcing us to wait until the next day (Monday) to stop all fraud on our accounts. The location is in the center of Santiago that is fine during the day, but don't walk around at night. If you have to go anywhere, do not use the hotel Taxi. The cost is approximately 40% higher for the same ride from Cabify or Uber. I have stayed all over the world and feel that the price for this hotel is way above what it is worth. Prices for anything from the bar or restaurant are much higher (to be expected at a hotel) than the restaurants.
- What did you like most?Overall the place was great, I only stayed for one night so it wasn’t worth it to request a new room.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We were a appalled by the conditioning the floor in our room, we wore sandals the entire time, the floor looks like it needs a professional clean there was residues of dirt all over it, you could feel the grime under your feet. It almost resembled glue from floor installation it was caked on.
