Overall, the staff was very helpful and very friendly definitely will be going back
- What did you like most?I like the staff it was very nice and sweet. They tried their best to make best of the situation.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I didn’t like that the bar was not open outside by the pool area when we got there the pool water was still very cold, and I was told before I checked in that it was heated
I will not stay there ever again! Not unless the accommodate me better.
- What did you like most?Food was great. Valet and bellhop was extraordinary!
- Was there anything you didn't like?During our travel to the resort I requested an upgrade to a suite. It was not a suite per say, It had one SMALL bathroom and a regular dividing door between rooms. We were on the next floor up directly above the pool, restaurant and bar which played load music up to 2:oo am! Our view was the roof which was the same elevation as our room and balcony. There we witness security, police and maintenance casually walk by several times. NOT HAPPY about that. Buying cocktails was a huge hassle and the bar area at the pool had a foul odor. This place use to be 1st. class....IT IS NOT ANYMORE!!!!!
