Please note not all accessible rooms have a roll-in shower. Roll-in showers have a shower chair. Portable shower chairs can be delivered upon request. The daily resort fee will be collected directly from guest upon check-out. Fee is subject to change with notice. Outstanding stay, great location on...
- What did you like most?Rooms: Very large, clean and comfortable rooms. Nicely decorated and plenty of seating, deck for one of our rooms. Service: Outstanding. Very personable, polite and helpful staff from front desk, valet and housekeeping. Staff made it appoint to know your name and made you feel like home. Shout out to our wonderful housekeeper Ms. Sharon who provided great service. Outstanding valet team, especially Karson. Our rental car had a flat tire identified by the staff. Karson fixed it on site at no additional cost by the hotel. What service. Fitness Center and Pool - very nice, large and well-equipped fitness center. Nice size pool and large deck with plenty of lounge chairs. Two highly rates restaurants, both with friendly staff and great food Hotel: Very clean and well maintained throughout. Nice shops on site, lovely and comfortable open-air lobby, easy access to the beach, ocean and walking paths. Very close proximity to shopping, restaurants and Waikiki beach. I highly recommend this hotel.
