- Was there anything you didn't like?I am writing to formally report the conditions of the room I stayed in at your hotel on December 5, 2025. Unfortunately, the room was in an unacceptable, unsafe, and unsanitary condition—made especially concerning because I was staying with small children. During our stay, we encountered the following issues: • Live roaches in the room • Visible mold • Rusty lamps and fixtures • A broken electrical outlet with exposed wiring, which posed a serious safety risk • A refrigerator that did not work • No hot water • And most disturbing, human feces smeared on the wall These are not minor inconveniences. The condition of this room presents serious health and safety concerns and should never have been occupied by guests, especially families. I have attached photos documenting each of these issues for your review. Given the severity of the situation, I am requesting a full refund and an explanation of how a room in this condition was allowed to be rented. Please let me know how this matter will be resolved. I expect a prompt response. Thank you,
