The interiors were designed by the award-winning Jestico & Whiles. The rooms are elegantly designed and feature design furniture, a flatscreen TV, a laptop safe and free tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrooms come with bathtubs and toiletries. The residence is 220 yards from the I.P.Pavlova metro station and 0.3 miles from Prague's Botanical Garden. Overall pleasant, but the stay...
- What did you like most?Good breakfast Friendly staff Comfortable bed Good location (most central attractions are within approximately a 30–40 minute walk) Even if you don’t want to walk that much, public transport options are excellent
- Was there anything you didn't like?The fact that after 8pm they don't have any staff. I stayed there for 4 nights. Significant night noise (loud music and people shouting) made it impossible to sleep on the first night and also affected the beginning of the second night. A room change was offered but did not resolve the issue. After our second complaint, we were informed of an emergency contact number for such situations; this information was only shared at that point and coincidentally after the noisy guests had already left, so fortunately we did not need to use it. From then on, the hotel became quiet and we were able to rest properly during the remaining 2 nights.
