Very poor
- What did you like most?Our first stay here was good. Friendly, clean location. I was concerned about the 2 star rating ,but it was pleasantly decent.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Our second stay we were refused check in because I didn't have another adult with me at the time of check in. I was with 4 scholar athletes all ages (15/16). We had ZERO issues first visit, other than feeling monitored by the front Desk receptionist when my group went back for seconds on hot chocolate. She told me that I was out of the room too much last visit, while I went and picked up food and cold medication for my group. We were quiet, neat and respectful. In MI at age 14y a child is lawfully able to stay at home alone. Go figure. The receptionist stated that I needed to be with my group at "all times". Why do I need to babysit 16 year olds who are mature and responsible? We weren't here for a party. We were here to sleep and head out to an event early. Honestly, I felt racially profiled because 3 of the scholar athletes are POC. My daughter included. We won't ever stay here again.
