• What did you like most?
  The staff member who works late evenings front desk during the friday/saturday of our stay was so lovely.
• Was there anything you didn't like?
  We had to be relocated because our pipes were leaking in our bathroom, to a room where the TV didn't work and the AC/Heat was extremely loud. I was worried about nearby guests hearing it as well. Second, breakfast has very little portions- my partner and I got down there at 9am and there was little to nothing left, and what was left was bad lol. Third, the pool was FREEZING. The room itself was warm, but the water was shockingly cold. Lastly, a housekeeper from staff was VERY LOUDLY complaining in the lobby to the front desk worker. We had to wait in the lobby for our ride (because our car broke down otw here- it's just been a series of very unfortunate events, and sadly- this hotel didn't help at all). The most annoying thing however, while waiting in the lobby, two employees (idk their job they've just been walking around on their phones being loud), but they both got food, sat directly next to us (facing uss too - so basically staring at us). They were VERY loud, opened their food obnoxiously, talked otp at a volume people across the world could hear, and same with their conversations to each other. Let me add, they ended up putting their person otp ON SPEAKER. Girl get some headphones or find a break room. This was the most uncomfortable, most irritating experience ever. Don't stay here unless all you're looking for is a comfy bed with flat pillows.
