- What did you like most?I did not like anything about this hotel except for the tall light skin male employee. He was very helpful
- Was there anything you didn't like?I did not like how the rooms look way better on the internet than in person.I did not like how the side door to get into the building was always unlocked so anyone can come in and out. I did not like how the hallways looked dirty. The walls in the room look dirty; as if they hadn't been cleaned/washed in years. I checked into my room around 2;15pm. My toilet in my room did not flush. the very first time I flushed it, all the water came up instead of going down. I called front desk to have maintenence attend to the situation. After they 'fixed' it, I used the bathroom a second time and the same exact thing happened. The toilet didn't flush and all the water came back up instead of going down. At this point I want a new Room or a 100% refund. The female staff employee accidentally charged my card for some one else's room and charged another guest's card to my room. So I was standing at the front desk for almost 2 hours waiting to get my money back. They were saying that they didn't see my transaction at all on the computer. It was a lot going on but the tall skinny light skin guy was very nice and caring with my situation regardless of everything that was going on.
