Could have been great, but...
- What did you like most?The location is great, close to nice bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Metro and RER are at walking distance.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I booked four nights in the hotel. With freezing temperatures outside my room was so cold I spent the first two nights struggling. At that point the staff offered me a warmer room for the remaining two nights. When I left I asked refund for part of my stay. The manager wrote back saying they couldn't do that since I had booked through Booking.com, and offered a discount if I ever went back in the future. They also argued that I was offered a different room straight away, but that's not the case since the issue with central heating disrupted half of my stay.
