- What did you like most?The building was beautiful. Great location.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I didn't like the plastic cups in Potter's Bar and a hole in my duvet- really made me think that this is not the nice hotel that I thought it was. Also, I didn't like them trying to sell me a timeshare at checkout. We were by the elevators, and they are very noisy all night long.
What happened to the Palmer?...
- What did you like most?Location was great. Parking sucks. Dirty, old, no way near what I expected. The lobby was amazing, Potter's was nice.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Staff were not at all what I expected. Horrible service and slower than slow. We really wanted to hang all night in the lobby, but couldn't handle the grossness of the conference (Convenience store association) prices and staff. Pool closed. Elevators, trash and spilled drinks,attitudes,
